Twitter War: Kat Von D Vs. Good Day LA Crew!
My girl Kat has had a hard week! Whether you liked Kat and Jesse together, we can all agree breaking up is hard to do. This morning the tattooed cutie was scheduled to appear on the LA-based morning show Good Day LA to promote the new season of LA Ink. However, that interview never happened. Why?
Take a look at this intro (and pay attention to the part after the clip ends):
The reporter mentions the split of Kat and Jesse, which very much upset Kat, who took to Twitter to write:

"Dear GoodDayLA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning. Lack of compassion n respect for eachother never fails to dissapoint me." -Kat Von D
She later added:
"My apologies if I've offended anyone this morning-For the record: I did not storm off - I politely left w notice when GDLA broke their word."
The "word" was apparently not to mention the breakup. The clip itself was intended to be shown, even though it shows Kat getting a tribute tattoo of Jesse. It was the intro to the interview itself (where the break up is mentioned) that set Kat packing.
Jillian Barberie, one of the hosts of GDLA, tweeted this on Kat's leave:

"Damn Kat Von D just walked out of studio before our interview cuz we showed clip with her and Jesse from her show LA Ink"-Jillian Barberie
Kat's reply:
"I didn't walk out because you used the clip we sent you- I walked out because of your disrespectful intro you guys "snuck" in."
Jillian answered Kat's reply by retweeting her response and adding:
"Why was it disrespectful? We said you guys broke up." later she added: "We showed the clip your publicist sent. It showed you and Jesse. Were we not supposed to mention you broke up?"
Looking to end the war, Kat responded with:
"ps. Publicly disrespecting people for the sake of better ratings isn't something a person of compassion does. Good day.."
DUDES! DRAMARAMA! I can see Kat's point: in the intro they made it seem like the only thing Kat is known for is her relationship, not the fact that she is a business woman, artist, and writer. After she walked off, the anchors got very gossipy with the whole "Well, she JUST said this and that" - it's quite immature. However, the news is "news" so I can see why they mentioned the breakup in the first place.
What do you think about all this?
